  • Mountain Run Road Work

    The Board of Directors is excited to announce that weather permitting, A1 Asphalt will begin on Monday, November 18 following the phased scheduling of the milling and overlay of the Mountain Run roadways as the colors correspond to the community map.

    • Red Phase (Foxford and Bud Lanes) for 2 days; then move to,

    • Blue Phase (Tates Way and Elliot Ridge Way) for 1 day; then move to,

    • Green Phase (Kelleys Ford, Ashley Boreen and Gilmans Cross) for 1.5 days; then move to,

    • Pink Phase on Day 2 (Palmers Way) for 2 days

    Slurry seal will be completed in Quarter 1 of 2025, more information will be shared when scheduling dates are known.

    Please note that this is just a formal notice from the Association and doesn't require any action on your behalf — just be advised that there may be some traffic delays due to the heavy equipment and construction crews onsite during these times.

  • Sidewlak Removal Project (COMPLETED)

    We are waiting for dates from our vendor on this project but envision it being completed in the next 30 days. Given that sod is involved in this project the vendor wanted this to be done at the optimal time for the new grass's success. We will also be reaching out to homeowners who might be directly impacted by this work ahead of the project taking place.   • Walking Trail Improvements (Eagle Landing Court and Palmers Way) COMPLETED

    We just wanted all the Homeowners to know that we recently completed walking trail projects on Eagle Landing Court (in the cul-de-sac) and on Palmers Way across from the clubhouse parking lot. These nice new mulch paths with lead you the awesome hiking trails the neighborhood has to offer. We are also working on trail head markings to accompany these new trails.

  • FARRINGTON ENTRANCE REFRESH 9/23

    We just wanted to let the homewoners know that we will be having all the brick at the Farrington entrance powerwashed and cleaned. We know this isn't all the work that needs to be done on this entrance but it's a start of things to come.

    2nd Annual Luminary Event (Join us as we light luminary candles on Christmas Eve!)

    Details: -Pick-up luminary kit 12/21-12/23 Rawlyk Home 14850 Elliott Ridge Way -Fill Bags with sand on Christmas Eve -Sand will be located on Palmer's Way (Between holes 1&2, same spot as last year(make sure to bring small shovels and Pails) -Line the front of your home with bags -Light candles in bags around 5pm on Christmas Eve *While we would love to have every home participate, the event is optional
